Curiculum Vitae

Dr. Henn is an Academic Teacher in Entrepreneurship at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Entrepreneurship and Financing at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. From 2008 to 2011, she completed a dual study program in business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University with a focus on commerce, including one semester at the University of Glamorgan in Wales. At the same time, she worked part-time in a family business in Wuppertal. From 2011 to 2013, she studied at TU Dortmund University, majoring in accounting and finance, while working as a student trainee at a bank. Dr. Henn received her doctorate in 2018 with the dissertation "Entrepreneurial Finance in Family Businesses: Four essays on private equity financing and strategic investment decisions". She headed the CEDUS start-up center at HHU until 2020 and has since offered various interdisciplinary events on entrepreneurship as part of her work as an academic teacher. In 2021, she received the teaching award in the category "small events" for the module MW51: Business Creation (Startup Workshop), which she designed and implemented.
