MW97: Case Seminar in New Venture Finance
The aim of this case seminar in the master’s programme is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the field of new venture finance. By the end of the module, students should be able to identify practical challenges as well as evaluate problems in the field of new venture finance (in seed, start-up, and expansion financing) and develop their own solutions to solve them. Within the framework of group work, individual work, presentations, and plenary discussions, they also learn to adapt theoretical content in a real-life context.
