BW44 - Entrepreneurship live!

Course 1: Startup simulation

In course 1, a strategic startup simulation game is used to realistically depict and dynamically simulate the typical phases of a startup. Using tools such as the business plan or the business model canvas, students are supported in the start-up process. Afterwards, they have to survive on the market with their companies. This includes, among other things, reacting to market changes, raising capital and evaluating the company.

Course 2: Fields of application of entrepreneurship

Using real company examples, the challenges of innovative start-ups are analyzed systematically and realistically. With the help of a live case, students are confronted with a real existing problem of a start-up, for which they have to develop solution approaches within the framework of a "sprint". In the second part of the course, students get to know the key players and the relevance of a startup ecosystem through excursions.
