Sessions

The tutorial sessions start one week after the beginning of the lecture and take place on Tuesdays (16.30h-18.00h) or on Wednesdays (14.30h-16.00h). Identical contents are discussed in both sessions. Therefore, you only have to attend one tutorial session per week.

Simulation

Students have the opportunity to participate in an online simulation game provided by the company Hubro Education. The game simulates the creation and business activity of a startup. This allows students to practice problems from entrepreneurship and finance hands-on. Individual participation in both simulation rounds and submission of a short written assignment (one pager) after the simulation game offers the possibility to receive up to nine bonus points for the exam. Details on the simulation game and the written assignment will be announced in class and uploaded on ILIAS.

Exam

We offer a written exam at the beginning of the semester break. There will be a retry exam at the end of the semester break. Up to nine bonus points (ten percent) can be attained for the exam through successful participation in the simulation game. Exam questions will be provided in English and German. They can be answered either in English or in German.
